STN 50-498; STN 50-499 Final Applications for Licensed Operator Examinations STP Nuclear Operating Company submits the final Licensed Operator Application and Certification of Medical Examination for one Senior Reactor Operator applicant for the South Texas Project. This application is in support of the re-take written licensing examination scheduled to occur on May 1, 2014.
In accordance with NUREG 1021, ES-202, STP Nuclear Operating Company hereby requests that the NRC administer a written exam this applicant.
The attachments to this letter contain personal information; therefore, STP Nuclear Operating Company, requests that these attachments be removed pursuant to 10CFR2.390 (a)(6) prior to this letter being placed in the Public Document Room (ADAMS). There are no commitments in this letter.
