By Reference 2, STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) provided the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) information concerning the non-cited violation documented in Reference .1 and requested the NRC review the associated non-cited violation based on the information provided. Subsequently, the NRC staff requested additional information. STPNOC personnel discussed the results of our review of the additional information with the NRC Region IV staff on October 18, 2012 and concluded that the non-cited violation was valid; therefore, no further review of this issue by the NRC staff is requested.
