In response to reference 1 above, STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) submitted documentation of the current status of Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) for STPNOC and two of the three owners of the South Texas Project (reference 2). FOCI documentation for the remaining owner, City of Austin, is attached.
The attached forms for Owners, Officers, Directors, and Executive Personnel (OODEP) contain personal information. STPNOC requests that the OODEP forms be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.
