The purpose of this letter is to provide additional information as requested by the NRC staff regarding NRC Staff Guidance for Use in Achieving Satisfactory Compliance with February 25, 2002, Order Section B.5.b. STP Nuclear Operating Company submitted the referenced response (References 1 and 2). The NRC staff has requested additional information and clarification to STP's response in order to complete its review. to this letter includes responses to additional information requested in the staffs request for information provided electronically and during telephone conversations with the NRC staff on August 23, 2005. to this letter contains safeguards information and should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
