Attachment NOC-AE-05001842 Page 1 of 2 STP NUCLEAR OPERATING COMPANY SEMI-ANNUAL FITNESS FOR DUTY PROGRAM PERFORMANCE REPORT July 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004 During the second performance period of 2004, the STPNOC FFD Program conducted a total of 406 FFD screening tests that resulted in one positive test result. The one positive was comprised of a short-term contractor. STPNOC conducted 244 random tests resulting in a random testing rate of 33% of the average annual population with an annual random testing rate of 54%.*

STPNOC did not have any 10CFR26.73 reportable events during the performance period.
