Attachment NOC-AE-04001771 Page I of 2 STP NUCLEAR OPERATING COMPANY SEMI-ANNUAL FITNESS FOR DUTY PROGRAM PERFORMANCE REPORT January 1, 2004 through June 30, 2004 During the first performance period of 2004, the STPNOC FFD Program conducted a total of 1545 FFD screening tests that resulted in 11 positive test results. All eleven positives were comprised of short-term contractors. STPNOC conducted 607 random tests resulting in a random testing rate of 71% of the average annual population as of June 30, 2004.* STP tests at an annual random testing rate of 50%.
STPNOC did not have any I OCFR26.73 reportable events during the performance period.
