Attachment NOC-AE-02001389 Page 1 of 2 STP NUCLEAR OPERATING COMPANY SEMI-ANNUAL FITNESS FOR DUTY PROGRAM PERFORMANCE REPORT January 1, 2002 through June 30, 2002 During the first performance period of 2002, the STPNOC FFD Program conducted a total of 890 FFD screening tests that resulted in six positive test results. Five positives were comprised of short-term contractors. The other positive was a licensee employee. STPNOC conducted 669 random tests resulting in a random testing rate of 82% of the average annual population as of June 30, 2002.* STP tests at an annual random testing rate of 50%.
STPNOC did not have any 10CFR26.73 reportable events during the performance period.
