. The purpose of this letter is to tranl?mit a revision to the Cooper Nuclear Station Safeguards Plan (Enclosure) that became effective January 8, 2019. The Attachment provides a summary of the changes included in this revision. These changes do not result in a reduction of effectiveness of the Safeguards Plan.
The Attachment and_Enclosure contain Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.22 and disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited. Therefore, we request the Attachment and Enclosure be withheld from public disclosure.
This letter contains no regulatory commitments.
