Dear Sir or Madam:
The purpose of this letter is to transmit a revision to the Cooper Nuclear Station Safeguards Plan (Enclosure). The Attachment provides a summary of the change included in this revision. This change does not result in a reduction of effectiveness of the Safeguards Plan.
The Enclosure contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.22 and disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited. Therefore, we request the Enclosure be withheld from public disclosure.
This letter contains no regulatory commitments.
