Dear Sir or Madam:
The purpose of this letter is to transmit a revision of the Cooper Nuclear Station Safeguards Plan. provides a summary of the changes, none of which result in a reduction of effectiveness of the Safeguards Plan. Attachment 2 provides the filing instructions for the revised Safeguards Plan pages contained in the enclosure. and the enclosure contain Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.22 and disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited. Therefore, we request the material to be withheld from public disclosure.
