Monthly Operating Report for December 2004 Cooper Nuclear Station, Dock-et 50-298, DPR-46 The purpose of this letter is to provide the Cooper Nuclear Station Monthly Operating Report for December 2004. In accordance with the guidance provided by Generic Letter 97-02, this report includes an Operating Data Report and Unit Shutdown Report for the monith of December. In accordance with Technical Specification 5.6.4, this report also includes documnentation of challenges to the safety/reliervalves.

Unit Reserve Shutdown flours.
The total number of hours during the gross hours of the reporting period that the unit was removed from service for economic or similar reasons but was available for operation.
