Letter NLS2004138 from Randall K. Edington, Nebraska Public Power District, to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated November 5, 2004, "Cooper Nuclear Station Quality Assurance Program Revision 15" The purpose of this letter is to inform the Spent Fuel Project Office of a change in the plant specific 10 CFR 50 Appendix B Quality Assurance (QA) Program for Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS). CNS applies it's Appendix B QA Program to transportation activities as allowed by 10 CFR 71.101 (f) and as approved in Reference 1. CNS has rewritten the QA Program for Operation Policy Document (QAPD) to model the format specified in Standard Review Plan Section 17.3. The revised QAPD was submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission per Reference 2. This notification is provided for information only.
