Response to Order for Interim Safeguards and Security Compensatory Measures Cooper Nuclear Station, NRC Docket 50-298, DPR-46 Gentlemen:
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4, the Nebraska Public Power District.(NPPD) hereby submits safeguards-related information in response to the Interim Safeguards and Security Compensatory Measures Order (hereinafter "Order") issued by the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on February 25, 2002. The enclosure to this response contains safeguards information, as defined in 10 CFR 73.21. NPPD therefore requests that the enclosure be withheld from public disclosure.
Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 2.202(a)(2), the Answer to the Order, is being transmitted to the NRC under separate cover. NPPD believes that it has satisfactorily addressed all of the elements of the Order.
