By letter dated April 9, 2018, Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) submitted proposed Alternative RR-V-12 to adopt Code Case ONM-17. This Code Case was recently approved for unconditional use in Regulatory Guide 1.192, negating the need for SNC's proposed Alternative.
Based on this, SNC hereby withdraws Alternative RR-V-12.
