Pursuant to 10 CFR 95.17(a)(1), Southern Nuclear is notifying you of an update to Southern Nuclear's foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI) certificate.
Specifically, Southern Nuclear is updating the OODEP Attachment to reflect that Millicent W. Ronnlund has been elected as officer with the company, effective December 29, 2017.
