Attachment was revised and re-submitted by letter dated July 29, 2013.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 95.17(a)(1), Southern Nuclear is notifying you of an update to Southern Nuclear's foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI) certificate.
Specifically, Southern Nuclear is updating the OODEP Attachment to reflect that Jeff D. Franklin has been elected as officer with the company, effective March 28, 2015.
