Room Cooler and Safety-Related Chiller System Ladles and Gentlemen:
By letter dated September 26,2012, Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) submitted a license amendment request (LAR) to revise the Technical Specification (TS) completion time (CT) for the TS 3.7.14 Condition A, one ESF room cooler and safety-related chiller train inoperable (SNC letter NL-12-1192).
After due consideration, SNC hereby withdraws this request.
This letter contains no NRC commitments. If you have any questions, please contact Ken McElroy at (205) 992-7369.
