Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) is the licensed operator of the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant (Farley), the Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant (Hatch), and the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (Vogtle). The NRC public website (www.nrc.gov/reactors/operating/ops-experience/fitness-for-duty-programs/submit-ffd-reports.html) describes two methods that are acceptable to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for providing the information required by 10 CFR 26.717. These are: (1) electronic submittal of NRC Single Positive Test Form, Annual Reporting Form for Drug and Alcohol Tests, and the Annual Fatigue Reporting Form via the Electronic Information Exchange and the General Submission Portal; or (2) submittal of hard copy reports. SNC has provided the annual FFD performance data via electronic submittal on February 28, 2014, as described in method 1 above.
