Dear Sir or Madam:

In accordance with Reference 1, Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) deferred the supplement to the Indian Pont Energy Center (IPEC) Cyber Security Plan until after the NRC staff has provided direction on further revision. In accordance with Reference 2, the NRC issued requests for additional information (RAIs) on the IPEC Cyber Security Plan with responses due by February 22, 2011. Entergy's responses to the RAIs are provided in Attachment 1.

Changes to Section 4.3, "Defense-In-Depth Protective Strategies," of the IPEC Cyber Security Plan will be made in accordance with the RAI responses as described in Attachment

1. In addition to Reference 1 resolution, other common industry issues are being resolved (i.e., cyber security records retention and implementation schedules), therefore, the IPEC Cyber Security Plan containing the changes due to the RAI responses will be submitted concurrently with the common industry issue resolutions.
