Response to NRC Regarding Freedom of Information Act 2009-0227 Indian Point Unit Number 2 Docket No. 50-247 License No. DPR-26 NRC Letter, Donna L Sealing, to Entergy, Robert Walpole, Regarding Proprietary Classification of information subject to FOIA 2009-0227.
Dear Sir or Madam:
This letter is in response to the NRC request in the referenced letter regarding proprietary information. Westinghouse applied the proprietary classification to the document "Specifications for Placing & Compacting Backfill, dated April 10, 1967" that was attached to the referenced NRC letter. Entergy has transmitted the subject document to Westinghouse and has been advised by Westinghouse that the document is no longer considered to be of a proprietary nature.
Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. is making no new commitments in this letter.
