2004 Annual Occupational Radiation Exposure Report Dear Sir; Enclosed is the 2004 Annual Occupational Radiation Exposure Report for Indian Point Unit Nos. 1, 2, and 3 during the period of January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2004.
Entergy Nuclear Operation, Inc. (Entergy) is submitting this report in accordance with Technical Specifications 5.6.1.
The subject report provides a tabulation on an annual basis of the number of station, utility and other personnel (including contractors), for whom monitoring was performed, receiving an annual deep dose equivalent > 100 mrem/yr and their associated collective deep dose equivalent (reported in person rem) according to work and job functions.
