SUMMARY
- November 01 at 00:00, Unit 2 at 100% power with no significant operating problems. November 20 at 11:40, Unit 2 Reactor Tripped due to Human Performance error during SSPS testing. November 22 at 12:00, Unit 2 began ramp-up after unplanned shutdown. November 22 at 21:30, Unit 2 power ascension stopped and held at 65%
power due to Main Feed Pump Turbine (MFPT) 2A trouble. On November 26 at 03:08, MFPT 2A trouble was resolved and Unit 2 resumed ramp-up until it returned to 100% power on November 26 at 14:05. November 31 at 23:59, Unit 2 at 100% power with no significant operating problems. There were no challenges to the Pressurizer PORV's and Pressurizer Safety Valves.
