By letter dated September 10, 2004, the NRC requested Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) as licensee of the Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant (HNP) to provide a response regarding the ISFSI-related security provisions implemented which resulted from the ISFSI Interim Compensatory Measures Order (EA-02-104).
No modifications or revisions have been made following the implementation of ISFSI-related security provisions of the ISFSI Interim Compensatory Measures Order (EA-02-104) which decreases the effectiveness of the implementation of ISFSI-related security provisions at HNP.
