In accordance with Technical Specification 5.6.4, Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy) hereby submits the Monthly Operating Report for the month of April 2004 for Indian Point Units 2 and 3. This submittal is in accordance with the new INPO Consolidated Data Entry (CDE) process, which uses the NRC Generic Letter 97-02 reduced data format (Reference 1). There are no new commitments contained in this correspondence.
