Under separate cover, we have transmitted to the Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research, an electronic copy of the results of the Annual Report of Individual Monitoring at Indian Point Units No. 1 and 2 for the calendar year 2001. This report is submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 20.2206(c).
Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (ENO) has determined that public disclosure of the report sent to the Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy as provided in 10 CFR 2.790(a)(6). Therefore, it is requested that the subject report be exempt from public disclosure.
No new regulatory commitments are made by ENO in this correspondence.
