The only departures from full thermal power (1790 MWth) production during the month were:

"* a four hour reduction to 1782 MWth on December 4f for a HPCI Surveillance and

"* three reactor loadlme adjustments on December 4th, 2 1st, and 26th. Following the adjustment on the 26fh, the reactor was limited to approxinately 98% average power for approxirnately 12 hours1.388889e-4 days <br />0.00333 hours <br />1.984127e-5 weeks <br />4.566e-6 months <br /> during a Xenon transient.

-A loss of approximately- 0 MWe continues-from the-stuck-open"IE--5B" Feedwater IHeater-Drain Valve-This-osg-beg-an October 5th and will continue until the next plant shutdown (presently scheduled for March 24, 2003). Very minor losses are being incurred due to out of service cooling tower cells, but for the most part these losses are being more than off-set by the effects of seasonal cooling of the circulating water.
