In accordance with 1 O CFR 52.99(c)(1 ), Southern Nuclear Company (SNC) previously submitted Vogtle Electric Generating Plant Inspections, Test, Analysis, and Acceptance Criteria (ITAAC)
Closure Notification (ICN) for Item 2.2.01. ii a.iv (Index Number 117) (ML22105A580J dated April 15, 2022. SNC is withdrawing this ICN and will resubmit it at a later date.
This letter contains no new NRC regulatory commitments.
