In accordance with 10 CFR 26.417(b)(2) and 10 CFR 26.717(e), Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) electronically submitted the annual Fitness-for-Duty (FFD) Program Performance Data Report on February 27. 2019, for the 2018 calendar year for Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (VEGP) Units 3&4 [ADAMS Accession No. ML19058A878). In accordance with 10 CFR 26.11 , this letter distributes the respective report and Single Positive Test Forms on CD-ROM to the VEGP Units 3&4 Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Resident Inspector and the NRC Region II Administrator.

Please note that a CD-ROM containing VEGP Units 3&4 2018 Annual FFD Program Performance Data Report and 2018 Single Positive Test Forms is not being provided to the NRC Document Control Desk, as the report and forms have been provided via the Electronic Information Exchange.
