Orano Enrichment USA LLC - Physical Security Plan Orano USA is submitting the enclosed Physical Security Plan (PSP), which describes how the applicant will meet the applicable requirements of 10 CFR Part 73 in the conduct of the Orano Enrichment Facility. The PSP constitutes part of the license application and includes the safety, security, and safeguards information required under Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR)
Part 70, Subpart D, Section 70.22, Contents of Applications.
The enclosed PSP is Safeguards Information (SGI) in its entirety in accordance with 10 CFR Part 73. When separated from the SGI enclosure, this letter is decontrolled.
