Dear Dr. Stein,
On behalf of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), we extend our sincere appreciation for your participation in the NRCs 38th Annual Regulatory Information Conference (RIC), held March 10-12, 2026.
This years conference, guided by the theme Regulation, Innovation, and Collaboration for a Safer Tomorrow, successfully convened participants from across the globe, both in person and virtually. The program delivered timely and impactful content aligned with the agencys mission, while fostering dialogue on the integration of the ADVANCE Act and Executive Order 14300 into our work.

Your insights enriched the discussion and helped spark conversations that will continue well beyond the conference.
