NRC staff have completed their review of the DOE-LM October 2025 document entitled U.S. Department of Energy Office of Legacy Management, Response to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Staff Review of the June 2023 Draft Tuba City, Arizona, Disposal Site, Groundwater Remedy Update 2022 (ADAMS Accession Number ML25290A180). The document was received on October 17, 2025.
NRC staff have no comments or questions on the submittal.
