Orano Enrichment Biological Assessment Orano Enrichment USA, LLC (OE) was designated as the non-Federal representative (NFR) to prepare a Biological Assessment (BA) under Section 7 of the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (ESA), for the OE uranium enrichment facility license. This designation was made pursuant to 50 CFR 402.08, *Designation of non-Federal representative*.
OE has prepared the BA, which is provided as an enclosure to this letter, to support the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions reinitiation of consultation with the U.S.
Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) in accordance with 50 CFR 402.16(a)(1),
