Notice Organizational Change - Site Vice President This letter is to inform the NRC that Michael Schultheis has assumed the position of Site Vice President at Palisades Nuclear Plant (PNP) for Holtec Palisades, LLC, effective March 6, 2026.
Mr. Schultheis has been at PNP for 10 years and has recently held the position of Director of Regulatory and Site Strategy. He has held several management level positions in Licensing and Regulatory, Emergency Preparedness, and Performance Improvement between both Palisades and Brunswick power plants. Prior to starting his commercial nuclear career, Mr. Schultheis served in the U.S. Navy.
There are no regulatory commitments contained within this letter.
