Our office is committed to protecting tribal heritage, culture and religion with particular concern for archaeological sites potentially containing burials and associated funerary objects.
According to our files, there are no known cultural resources or historic properties associated with Delaware Nation within the proposed project location. Therefore, Delaware Nation will not actively participate in consultation.
Please continue with the project as planned. However, please contact our office should there be any inadvertent discoveries of cultural resources or human remains during this project, or any adverse effects are identified either to archaeological sites or historic properties.
