PALISADES NUCLEAR PLANT - ONE-TIME EXEMPTION FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF 10 CFR 26.205(d) (EPID L-2026-LLE-0010)

Dear Sir or Madam:

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has granted a one-time exemption from the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 26.205(d) for the Palisades Nuclear Plant, pursuant to 10 CFR 26.9. This action is in response to your application dated February 13, 2026, as supplemented by letters dated February 27, 2026, March 4, 2026, and March 9, 2026, which requested the use of the less restrictive outage work hour controls in 10 CFR 26.205(d)(4) to support activities during the period of the proposed exemption commencing on March 13, March 16, March 30, and April 4, 2026, for various covered individuals as described in the exemption, and for a period not to exceed 60 days.

A copy of the exemption is enclosed. The exemption has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
