OF FEBRUARY 18, 2026, PARTIALLY CLOSED PRE-APPLICATION PUBLIC MEETING ON HUMAN FACTORS WITH GENERAL MATTER On February 18, 2026, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff held a hybrid partially closed public meeting with General Matter. General Matter requested this meeting to discuss human factors approach for the planned uranium enrichment facility in McCracken County, Kentucky. The first session of the meeting was open to the public while the second session was closed to the public for discussion of proprietary information. The meeting notice and agenda, dated February 09, 2026, is available in the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) at Accession No. ML26040A163. The list of attendees and summaries of the open and closed sessions are enclosed.
