- Ross, This email is to update the proposed date for the NRC staff to issue a draft safety evaluation of Oklos topical report, Product Based Operator Licensing, due to the lapse in appropriations and government shutdown that occurred during the review of this topical report. The updated proposed date to issue a draft safety evaluation is May 11, 2026. This update was approved by Josh Borromeo, Chief of Advanced Reactor Licensing Branch 1.
