Submittal of 71.106(b) Report To whom it may concern, In accordance with 10 CFR 71.106(b), SPEC 150., LLC DBA Source Production and Equipment Company Inc. (SPEC) provides the following report.
In the past 24 months there has been one change to the SPECs Quality Assurance Program, approval number 0102, which is the name and ownership of the company. The owner has changed from Richard D. Dicharry to Michael A. Sanchez with a subsequent adjustment in the name of the company from Source Production and Equipment Company Inc. to SPEC 150., LLC DBA Source Production and Equipment Inc.
This change does not reduce SPECs quality assurance commitments; there have been no other changes to our Quality Assurance Program.
An updated Organizational Chart is attached to this report for review.
