RAI-11112-R1-FINAL.pdf Mr. Jenkins, Texas Engineering Experiment Station/Texas A&M University System (the licensee) requested the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff approve a revision to TS 6.4.3 to change the frequency of audits performed under the cognizance of the Reactor Safety Board from quarterly to annually.
The NRC staff has reviewed the information provided in the submittal and determined that additional information is required in order to complete the review and approval of the changes. As agreed upon in an email exchange on February 18, 2026, the licensee will respond to the request for additional information (RAI) within 30 days. Failure to respond within the 30 days may result in a denial of the application, per 10 CFR 2.108 (a). The RAI is enclosed.
