REVOCATION OF SEALED SOURCE AND DEVICE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES
Dear Mr. Seaman:
On February 4, 2026, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued an order revoking sealed source and device registration certificates within 30 days based on nonpayment of assessed fees. In response to this order, effective March 6, 2026, the NRC has revoked registration certificates NR-0587-D-102-S, NR-0587-D-104-S, and NR-0587-D-105-S. Copies of the revoked/inactive registrations NR-0587-D-802-S, NR-0587-D-803-S, and NR-0587-D-804-S are enclosed.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 2.390 of NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRCs Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
