Dear Ms. Minor:
Thank you for the letter, archeological survey, and enclosures regarding Global Laser Enrichment, LLCs proposed laser enrichment facility located near City of Paducah in McCracken County, Kentucky. The proposed facility is potentially being funded by the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission We accept the invitation to consult under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act.
The Chickasaw Nation supports the proposed undertaking and is not presently aware of any specific historic properties, including those of traditional, religious, and cultural significance in the project area. In the event the agency becomes aware of the need to enforce other statutes, we request to be notified under ARPA, AIRFA, NEPA, NAGPRA, NHPA, and Professional Standards.
