Dear Mr. Moses,

Our office is in receipt of your letter dated May 10, 2024, by which you provide the Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas (KTTT or Tribe) information regarding the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions proposed License Renewal Application for the above-referenced matter.

With respect to the afore-mentioned license renewal action, we hereby advise you that the KTTT does not own land in or near the area of potential effect. Therefore, the Tribe believes that the proposed action would not affect any of our historic properties of sacred, cultural, or religious significance that we are aware of. Nevertheless, the Tribe appreciates the opportunity it was granted to comment on this matter.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact this office at (830) 421-5388 or kickapoolegal@ktttribe.org.

Respectfully, Jason C. Nelson General Counsel
