SUMMER NUCLEAR POWER STATION UNIT 1 NUCLEAR PROPERTY INSURANCE COVERAGE Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(w)(3) regarding onsite property damage insurance, Dominion Energy Nuclear Connecticut, Inc., Virginia Electric and Power Company, and Dominion Energy South Carolina, Inc. (DENC, Dominion Energy Virginia, and DESC, respectively) hereby confirm that a primary policy is provided by Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited (NEIL). NEIL also provides excess and blanket nuclear property insurance. The total nuclear property insurance coverage is $1.06 Billion for Millstone Power Station, $1.06 Billion for North Anna Power Station, $1.06 Billion for Surry Power Station, and $1.06 Billion for Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Power Station.
