[External_Sender] X-energy Environmental Report Engagement Planning Hi Pat, I was hoping you had some time for a quick chat this week Thursday or Friday, or Friday next week. Some items we are looking to discuss:
- 1. We were hoping to get some clarification on the Dow visit the week of October 16th. There will be drilling activities at that time. Are you planning on attending that week? If not, you had mentioned potentially observing EJ activities and interactions.
Is that something you would prefer to observe? Would you like a separate meeting with Dow and see their EJ and outreach plan and to be introduced to their Environmental team?
- 2. For pre-engagement topics, Milton was thinking of the following topics:
- a. Pre-engagement meeting to address severe accidents-would you prefer a white paper or a presentation?
- b. Need for power-showing the chapter or developing a presentation.
- c. Fuel Cycle-a presentation on the X-energy Fuel Cycle
- d. Lynas-discussing the rare earth mineral facility that is being build adjacent to the XE-100 Notice: This email originated from outside of the organization. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe.
- e. Community Interactions-preapplication engagements.
- 3. Would you prefer regular Environmental tag-ups like we had been doing for the WNP1 project?
- 4. Are you planning on performing a site audit like we are doing with the PSAR?
