- Maggie, This email is to inform you that the PSAR readiness assessment report was signed and issued internally today. Unfortunately, because of the timing and document processing steps we do not yet have an official record available for external distribution. The official record should be available tomorrow and I will forward it as soon as possible. As we have discussed before, the content of the letter has not materially changed from the version that was uploaded to Box. A new non-proprietary enclosure has been added along with minor editorial and formatting updates.
