Proprietary Check: Draft SE for X-energy Xe-100 Licensing Topical Report Plume Exposure Pathway Emergency Planning Zone Sizing Methodology Good afternoon Jessica, By letter dated November 14, 2025, X-energy submitted Topical Report (TR) 010229, Revision 2, Xe-100 Licensing Topical Report Plume Exposure Pathway Emergency Planning Zone Sizing Methodology for NRC staff review. The NRC staff completed its review of this topical report and have placed a copy of the draft safety evaluation (SE) in the NRC external SharePoint folder for the Xe-100 project (EPZ Topical Report).
Pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.390 Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding, the NRC staff provided the draft SE for X-energy to identify any proprietary information. If you believe that any information is proprietary, please identify such information line-by-line and define the basis pursuant to the criteria in 10 CFR 2.390. Use double brackets and yellow highlight to identify any proprietary information.
Please provide comments on any proprietary aspects of the draft SE within five working days of the date of this email.
