- Daniel, We have confirmed availability of the Bauer Community Center for February 15. As such, we are proceeding with travel arrangements to support the public outreach meeting for that date. We plan to start the meeting at 5PM. Would it be possible to conduct the site tour during the morning of February 15? If so, I took the liberty of proposing the agenda for the site visit based on the agenda that was used for the recent NRC management visit to the site. I revised it to accommodate us being able to support the outreach meeting start time.

- Daniel, As you may be aware, we were planning to schedule the NRCs public outreach meeting pertaining to Project Long Mott to take place during the week of February 5th. However, we have identified some schedule conflicts that would make traveling to Seadrift, TX challenging during that week. Therefore, we are considering scheduling the outreach meeting for the week of February 12th. The current plan is to have the meeting during the afternoon/evening on February 13.
In addition to the outreach meeting, we would like to take the opportunity to get a tour of the site. As such, we want to ask you if Dow could accommodate a site tour for the NRC staff on either February 13 or 14.
