I have placed a copy in the NRC Box folder for the Xe-100 project (X-energy Xe-100 Reactor/ Xe-100 Training Program Methodology TR).
Please identify any information X-energy believes is proprietary, line-by-line, and define the basis pursuant to the criteria in 10 CFR 2.390. Use double brackets and yellow highlight to identify any proprietary information.

- Ondra, X-energy has reviewed for proprietary information and confirms there is no proprietary information contained in the audit report. However, X-energy does have a recommendation for the Staff before the report is finalized:
Recommend reviewing (F), (G), and (H) believe (G) and (H) both need to be revised.
o Currently, the NRC response in (G) is the same as the response in (F). Recommend revising the NRC response in (G). X-energy believes the correct NRC response for (G) is currently located in (H).
o Based on above, recommend revising the response in (H).
