[External_Sender] RE: PDC Scope Thanks Ian! That was the section I quoted - C.6.a(1). The confusing part is the sentence on Page 23 that states Applicants addressing less than the full scope of PDC must request an exemption from the applicable requirements for providing proposed PDCs and provide suitable justification for the exemption. [bolded for emphasis].
From X-energys perspective the full scope of PDC is our PDC LTR so we dont intend to take any exemptions.
