- Ian,
I hope all is well. Quick question regarding PDC LTR review logisticswould it be best to submit a Rev 3 to the LTR prior to the staff finalizing the draft SE or would it be better to wait? I think you are aware of some wording changes we intend to make based on new learnings from our graphite work.
That is the only substantial change and there are a couple/several minor edits and corrections I found after submitting Rev 2 last summer.
